Resolution Settings
For the best viewing capability, computers should set their screen resolution to 800 x 600 or greater.
To set the resolution on a PC:
1. Left-click the “Start” button located at the bottom left of the screen
2. Scroll to “Settings”
3. Click “Control Panel”
4. Click “Display”
5. Click the tab for “Settings”
6. Under “Screen Area,” slide to adjust to 800 x 600 or higher
To set the resolution on a MAC:
1. Go to “Systems Preferences”
2. Click “Displays”
3. Choose the correct resolution
4. Close the box
Changing Font Size
If you have trouble reading the print on Web pages, you can easily change the size of the font to fit your needs. This page explains how to change your font size in Internet Explorer and Firefox.
Changing font sizes in your web browser is easy. Instructions will vary from browser to browser, the instructions below are for Internet Explorer 6 and Firefox 1+ If you get really stuck, go to the menu, usually the button furthest right in any program. From there you should be able to get help on any problem you have.

Change Font Size in Internet Explorer
1. Click View.
It's on the browser Menu Bar.
2. Highlight Fonts.
Place your mouse cursor on the words Fonts or Text Size. Notice that you now have 5 size choices ranging from Largest to Smallest.
3. Click on Smallest.
Note the change in text size on your browser screen.
4. Click on Largest.
Again, note the size change.
5. Choose a font size.
Make sure you choose the font size that suits you best.
Change Font Size in Firefox
1. Click View.
2. Click Text Size
3. Then click on either Increase toincrease the font size or decrease to decrease the font size

In Firefox
tools options content enable javascript and then uncheck block pop up windows
In Internet Explorer, you can click Tools, click Internet Options, click the Privacy tab, and then uncheck the Block pop-up windows box

Select/Click "Tools" from your Internet Explorer menu bar. |
